Creating marketing materials to engage interest in a saturated market
Cityview Real Estate constructed a high-quality apartment building, located in a prime location in Seef District, Bahrain. To market to potential buyers in a saturated real estate market, a comprehensive profile was required. This was a small project, but we were pleased to help.
We were commissioned to create a dual language document that emphasised the high-end fixtures and amenities. We wrote content and organised a photo-shoot, to ensure that the imagery complemented the written texts of the brochure.
To give potential buyers a clear understanding of the apartment layouts, we were also tasked with drafting detailed floor-plans of each of the units as the client only had CAD drawings rather than finished renders.
A launch event was arranged to promote the building, which we supported with the design of various collateral.
