Design of early Annual Reports and typesetting IPO documents with five years of full financials

Gulf Finance House established a new Islamic retail bank in order to diversify its holdings. We helped them do so by developing the new brand, brand systems, corporate and core banking collateral together with producing the Bank’s annual report and Investor Relations material for several years.

We also handled the Bank’s IPO, creating the Memorandum and SPA documents. Five years of full financials with notes were typeset in a week. As usual, no errors!
